Immune system part 3

This article talks about stress and how to deal with it. Stress can lower the body's immune system, can cause many diseases and chronic conditions. It can lead to heart disease, stroke, cancer, headaches, and depression. Many companies are working with employees in a stress program to relieve stress you get from work.
I agree to this idea. I think its very good to keep stress to a mininum because i seen a lot of people go downhill just because of stress. I have a lot of stress going on in my life and i think thats why i started smoking. I think all the companies should take action into having a stree program, it would help most of the business.

A flu build a resistance to drug treatment because if you take a drug for a the flu, the drug is only for that form and it is possible for a diffrent type of flu to evolve. Some doctors prescribe a anti-virus to often and it gives a virus a chance to evolve. Tamiflu and relenza interferes with flu viral reproduction. Viruses can not reproduce by themselves. Anti-biotics can not treat the flu. They do not work on viruses because they are not alive.

This article talks about the common cold. Your immune system tries to fight the virus in your body that makes you have a cold. Most of the time, a cold is caused by a a class of viruses called rhinoviruses. Basically after you immune system fights the virus it will eliminate it completely and you will be better again.
This article is very helpful for me. I have a cold and it taught me some things that i never knew that cause it. I thought it was because of cold weather. I agree with the article becuse im having all the symptons they say a flu would have and i most likely got it from somebody who i shoke hands with.
